At Shii Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support at shopify4349@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-8 days.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shopify4349@gmail.com.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
